Hill Cumorah Pageant

The Pageant was a sure success! We went with about 7 other families and had a great time. I did not know how Max and Zane would do since it doesn't start until 9:15 pm. They both did great and stayed awake, until about the last 5 minutes. Max stood on his chair the entire time and just kept asking questions! It was great. Now he keeps singing his own made up version... "Nephi built a boat." He really enjoyed it and is still talking about it. The actual performance takes place on the actual Hill Cumorah. It is an amazing performance and an incredible site. This was Justin's first time seeing it and I haven't seen it since I graduated high school. I forgot how good it was. In fact as we were walking up to where we were going to sit, there are just thousands of people everywhere.  An incredible site. I look over at my cute husband and he is pretty teary eyed. A very touching site. Overall the night was great. We didn't get to our hotel until about midnight. To our luck they messed up on two of our rooms and we ended up all sleeping in one bed. All 4 of us! At least we didn't have a smoking room (Sorry Brook, I don't feel to bad, you did get it for free!).  Anyway, the next morning when we got in the car to come home...... the good old Camry won't start. 250, 000 miles and she won't start? What ??HA HA. Between all of the testosterone with us, they couldn't figure out the problem! Thanks
to AAA for the free tow,  a "car fix it" place open on a Sunday (only outside of Utah), and wonderful great friends who stayed with us and wasted their entire day, (I love you Johnson's, Olsen's and Browns) we finally made it back home! A Fabulous Weekend!

That was so fun to be there with everyone. The kids all had so much fun and the glow stick were great. Thanks for bringing those! I didn't know you guys had so much trouble with the hotel and your car and everything. Sure makes it memorable huh?

The pageant was so fun, a first for our family. I loved being able to go with friends/and some family to share it with.
Yeah the hotel mess made things interesting....I guess we are just lucky their were not 8 of us sleeping in your room in the king size bed.
Glad your car is fixed.

So fun to see your cute little family! Do you miss your family like crazy like we do? I'm glad that your mom can keep my mom company! Then I don't worry about her as much!

Wow that's crazy--of course bad times make the best memories ;} Wish I'd known you were all going. We went the week before. It was Ahhhhhhhwesome. Not as amazing as your story, though.

I can't believe the toyota wouldn't start, that thing is more of a champion then mine is. Mine is tempramental with whether it will start or not, even the mechanics can't figure it out. Oh well. I will keep it even if it doesn't work just for Tom, Ha, Ha. I love the picture of the girl snuggling with Max, already a ladies man. You are in trouble.
